I had a really good experience on Amazon with my son's special video I ordered (from a third party seller), I ordered it the Friday after Thanksgiving in the afternoon and got it on Monday afternoon. I didn't get a link to provide feedback until this week though. I am not sure how you give feedback until the sale is complete..I haven't really poked around enough to find out though. I hope that you do have a wonderful Christmas despite the delay in pressies! lucy awwww that really is a letdown, not to mentione frustrating!!!!
